Happy (late) Love Day!

Hope your Valentine's weekend was great! Brian and I were fortunate to be able to go on a little romantic escape on Friday night, and we had a great time. His brother had given us a night's stay at the Hilton in Southlake for Christmas, so we decided to celebrate Valentine's day and our anniversary and go there for the night. The hotel was sits right in the middle of Southlake Town Square, so we were surrounded by great shopping and restaurants as well. We had a nice dinner and did a little shopping Friday night, then slept in, had room service for breakfast, saw a movie (He's Just Not That Into You...pretty disappointing), stopped for lunch, then headed home. I'm thankful for my man, for how much fun we have together, and couldn't be happier spending my life with anyone else. :)

Brian's mom came and stayed with the boys while we were gone (thanks, Nana!) and they had fun too. When we got home we were greeted by three excited little boys who had been working very hard on a special project for us. They had made the Bucket of Love (pictured above), and had also made TONS of paper heart valentines for us to find all over the house to put in the bucket. We have found most of them, I think, but I still found a few more this morning. :) I know one thing for sure~ we are very, very loved. :)
